Divide the class into the following:
- two teams to represent each side in the conflict
- a lawyer for one side
- a lawyer for the other side
- the judges
Strategy Session
The "two in conflict" teams decide what will be their arguments before the judge and brief their lawyers.
The judges separate within the room and familiarize themselves with the case while the strategy sessions take place.
Courtroom

- Summing up arguments by the lawyers
- The judges deliberate
- The judges render their decision
